Sometimes there's not even a warning you'll use a curse word when you choose something to say. The player themselves can even use bad language, but it usually gives you the choice to. When talking to other people who do not try to kill the player, they may use mild language. There is cursing in the game but there is barely that much. There are a number of drugs called "chems" which will boost a player's stats for a short time and the player can even become addicted to them. Players use guns, knives, swords, baseball bats, and even handheld nuclear weapons to kill whatever threatens their life. I'm sure you knew this was coming, but there is violence. There is, however, pretty messed up stuff. This is definitely a masterpiece in the series.
